We here at
DEFCON enterprises are continually striving to bring the newest, most exquisite, and of course the most torrid culinary creations man has ever known. We are in the process of herding the foulest creatures known throughout the
inter-dimensional universe. This trans-planar round-up will yield a liquid so unearthly hot, the containment vessels may have to be constructed from alloys known only to Hephaistos, Greek god of fire and craftsmanship.
Read our review: Defcon Zero
Here is a breakdown of what our ZERO Reserve line is
comprised of. These have become quite the commodity as of late, so if
you can get one, grab it!

This is a BATCH #1
Batch #1 - Released in 2005, and originally not
meant as a collectible, these things quickly gained in popularity.
Unlike most extracts out there, the ZERO is quite unique. There were
originally 24 of these little gems made. To date, only 12 are known
to exist. Originally sold for $25.00, these little guys have sold at
auction for over $500.00.
SOLD OUT!
----------------------------------

Batch #2 - Released in early 2006, due to popular
demand, the Batch #2 was released. As an added bonus, it came in a
wooden box with a laser-etched acrylic slice front, and the packing
material was actually edible dried chile threads. 51 of these were
made, and are still quite sought after.
SOLD OUT!
--------------------------------------------

Batch #3 - Released in late 2006, we took the ZERO
idea to a whole new level. The Batch #3 kicked off the future of the
Defcon ZERO, in the form of being encased in laboratory glassware
(this release was encased within an Erlenmeyer flask) and displayed
under a glass dome with wooden base. What topped this release off
was the fact the sealing wax actually glows in the dark. There were
80 of these made, with 4 different color signatures on top.
SOLD OUT!

Here's a
BATCH #4

along with the small vial of Pre-Release.
Batch #4 - Released in 2007, this time around, the
superhot elixir was encased within a laser-etched centrifuge tube.
There were 93 of these created, and a small pre-release vial which
can be seen in the picture was available, of which there were only
25 made. This complete set is quite hard to find as well.
SOLD OUT!
----------------------------------------
Here is a Batch 5, our newest release!

And a close-up of the matching laser-etching on the
large volumetric flask, the small sampler bottle AND the dome.

Batch #5 Our newest release, we brought these to
yet another level. Not only is the volumetric flask laser-etched
with the Defcon logo and name, the number of the bottle is etched as
well. With this release was a small "sampler" bottle of ZERO, which
is laser-etched with the corresponding number of the main vessel.
The large glass dome is etched with the same number, along with the
Defcon name and logo. The third bottle, unnumbered and unsigned was
also available for a short time. All 3 bottles are called the
"Apothecary Set". There were 75 "Apothecary Sets" made.
STILL A HANDFUL REMAINING AS OF 11/8/08.
--------------------------------------------------
ZERO CANADIEN!

ZERO Canadien - A special release to commemorate
the Defcon excursion into Toronto in 2007, for one of our well-known
Defcon Days, in which we feed the public masses free Defcon wings
all afternoon. These vessels, basically maple syrup bottles, are
laser-etched as well, and quickly sold out. There were 54 of these
made.
SOLD OUT!
-------------------------------------------------
Each of our releases from now on will be completely different from the
others, in both shape and concept. These are quite ornate, and a TON of
attention to detail is put into each one.
