The bottle shown is actually a clear bottle. We made the stuff darker than our regular wing sauces, so there would be no confusion. It should be used as an additive, as the heat is so intense.

I would rate the heat on this vessel of Hellfire at WAY over the 250,000 Scoville Unit mark. It comes in a HUGE 12 ounce bottle, which will last you a long time. This is a limited run, and when they are gone, they are GONE!
